Monday Milking at McConeghay's

There's this family from our church who have a dairy cow which they milk everyday. Being very anxious city folk, we went over to their house to, dare I say, MILK A COW.
It was so weird! The dad and his son probably thought we were so odd because we made such a big deal about their daily chore.
But it felt almost slimy because they put almond oil on the udders to make it easier.

(that's me) !!!!

This is my little sister Lyric milking the cow

and this is Aaron milking the cow.

Here's the bucket of milk!

We also went and fed the baby cows. It was so cute!

They kept bucking to get more milk out of the bottle.
So I was a smidge freaked out!

Some swinging was involved...

And rowing on a pond...
In Lyric's words, it was "oh so romantic!"
the crew

And then jumping on the trampoline!
Ya, i have NO IDEA how he does that. It was super duper crazy. Later, I helped Aaron get both legs behind his head, and that was even FREAKIER!

It started to rain so Charity on down went inside. But Aaron, Lyric and I stayed outside on the trampoline to enjoy the lush water. We were getting soaking wet. Aaron got the hose out and we all sprayed each other and played "bum wars". Haha I had SO MUCH FLIPPIN FUN.

Stay cute America,
Honore
