Mmmmm Sundayyy

I love church. Especially in a small town. The first speaker in church was a boy about my age. He spoke for literally, 2 minutes and then sat down. No one got up or did anything for about 5 minutes, because the next speaker wasn't on the stand. AWKWARD... So the chorister and piano player ran to the front and started the rest hymn. Not 30 seconds before the congregation was about to sing, the 2nd counselor got up and stopped the music. Then the next speaker walked to the front and said, "Oh no it's ok! Let's sing first and then I'll speak." almost begging for the music to continue so she could gather more courage to speak. Everyone laughed and my mom turned to her cousin and said, "Isn't this just the best?!" Haha it certainly was.

When I first walked into the church, Abby Shaner and her dad started laughing at me! I'm pretty sure I know why though. It was because I wore a braided headband around my head. The first thing Elder Diamond said to me was, "What the heck is on your head?"

"It's a headband and it's bohemian chic." I replied.

"Ya, it's bohemian chic! Duhhhhh" Elder Redder chimed in.

All the guys teased me the rest of the day. Don't they know style when they see it? Jeeez!

and Chelsea Staub!

My point is proved. It is stylish.

Later, Brother Shaaaaactually, let's call him, Brother Comedian, approached me and said something but I didn't hear so I just chuckled to myself.

"What? He's not ugly!" he said.

"Haha who? *****?"

"Ya, you should go out with him!"

Then ***** came over and said in the please-stop-embarrassing-me-voice, "Daaaaaddddd!"

"What? She's CUTE!" Brother Comedian replied.

I just laughed and then he asked me when I'll be 16 so I can date. I told him next year, and Brother Comedian just said, "What the heck, just go out with him NOW!"

Haha I love Iowa!
