Aaron and Laura were at my house about to eat dinner, when we all realized it was time for Mutual! Aaron was going to drive us there in his car, but since he was eating, I offered to drive.
"Ok!" he said.
I did a double take.
"Wait, I can?" I asked surprisingly.
"Well sure! If you want to."
"But I don't have my license!" I fretted.
"Well you look like you could!" Aaron replied.
So I hopped into the driver's seat. I've always wanted to drive on the real road. And if life gives you lemons, make lemonade! But I was very nervous, anxious, excited, and scared all at the same time. I was scared because I didn't even know how to put it in drive! But Aaron taught me how, and I slowly drove down the road. Lyric kept complaining saying I was going too slow, and she should drive. Hahahahahahaha what an idea! Lyric, driving. DRIVING. Nice try squirt.
I pulled out onto the highway, and Aaron suggested I go faster than 15 mph. So I did. I went 60 miles per hour!!!! OH MY GOODNESS!!! When I got into town, it was scary because there were cars. REAL CARS. Of all things to be on the road! Luckily, none of them were police cars. Haha or my parents... But I'm sure my parents wouldn't mind?
I got to our church building safe and sound, and parked beautifully. Aaron said I did awesome! But Lyric begged to differ, saying she would've done better. And Laura was Switzerland.
