Happy 16th birthday best friend!!!!!!! Here's 16 reasons why i love Noelliee Belly:

#1 She is GORGEOUS. And the great thing is, she is beautiful INSIDE and OUTSIDE.

#2 Noelle is superrrrrr nice. She is always willing to include others, and go out of her way to make someone feel better.

#3 We're best friends, and our sisters are best friends. It's perfect.

#4 We always go fun places and she plans fun activities. I love how she always includes me. Never a dull moment with Noelle.

#5 Noelle likes to take pictures of herself.

#6 Our families have been friends forever, which is really important. We're basically sisters. She really understands me.

#7 She's not afraid to be different. She doesn't care if people think color guard is nerdy because she definitely wants to join. Haha maybe next year…

#8 Noelle likes Justin Bieber. Me too. She likes a certain boy… Crap me too. Haha but even when we do like the same guy, we won't get bitter and fight about it. We play it cool, and see how things work out. We won't ever compete against each other.

#9 She is an amazing shopper. HOOOOLLLYYYY CRAPPPP. Talk about great fashion sense. I still need her help picking out outfits.

#10 Noelle is a great dancer. She is a fabulous wingman at dance parties.

#11 She takes me to MI AMIGOS almost every week.

#12 We both take naps and listen to 89.5, the classical station.

SHE IS MY ONLY FRIEND WHO ENJOYS THAT MUSIC LIKE I DO. Ahhh yess.

#13 Noelle is confident. She will stand up for what she believes in, no matter what. Don't mess with the bull, or you'll get the horns. I know she'll always stick up for me.

#14 Noelle is hilarious. We always have THE BEST times together. She gets me.

#15 She is extremely spiritual. It's hard entering high school when everyone has such low standards, but Noelle keeps hers high. She always dresses modestly, plans temple trips, and listens to clean music. It's nice having a friend with the same standards as me.

#16. We have been best friends since the first day of kindergarten, and hopefully until we're grannies. Through thick and thin, I love Noelle. She truly is the greatest friend anyone could ever ask for. Love you Noellieeee! Happy birthday!
